Service Details
Our trailer service provides the Trailer Head and Chassis. If you need a container, you must arrange it with your preferred shipping line. Our customer service will contact you regarding container pickup and return instructions.
Booking Guidelines
Ensure the pickup address matches the location of your goods. The price includes the pickup or return of the container to your preferred shipping line.
What’s Included
When you book any of the above vehicles, your price is inclusive of the below services:
- Driver, vehicle, fuel
- Waiting time (24 hours per booking)
- Cargo insurance (up to the limit stated in app)
- 24/7 CS live chat
Loading and unloading service is not available when booking trailer trucks.

Extra Wait Time Charges
For waiting time beyond 24 hours per booking, waiting time charges will apply at Rp 100,000 for every 60 minutes.
Reimbursements
Your driver must ask for your advanced permission to reimburse the following costs (each requires an authentic receipt or valid photo):
- Tolls from pickup to final destination
- Parking at pickup or any destination
- TKBM at pickup or any destination
- Lo-Lo fees (Lift On Lift Off) at container depot/port.
- Container Repair Fee at container depot.
Note that it is always the responsibility of the driver to pay their own tolls on the way to the pickup location or to return home after your last destination.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling is free up until 12 hours before pickup time. If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee of 30% of the booking price applies.
