Loading/Unloading Fee
For loading and unloading within 15m at each location, the following fees apply:

Extra Wait Time Charges
For waiting time beyond 30 minutes at any location, waiting time charges will apply at a rate of Rp 20.000 for every 30 minutes. Please pay any extra waiting time charges directly to your driver.
Overnight wait time discount of 50% applies for any wait time incurred during 7PM to 7AM.
Reimbursements
Your driver must ask for your advanced permission to reimburse the following costs:
- Tolls from pickup to final destination
- Parking at pickup or any destination
Your driver must provide an authentic receipt or valid photo for each reimbursement. It is always the responsibility of the driver to pay their own tolls on the way to pickup location.
