Reefer Cargo Temperature
Once a driver has been assigned to your booking, communicate the temperature requirements for your goods. Driver will pre-cool the cargo hold before arriving at pick-up location. Temperature range available is -20°C to 5°C.

Loading and unloading service is not available when booking reefer trucks.

Extra Wait Time Charges
For waiting time beyond 6 hours per booking, waiting time charges will apply at a rate of Rp 35,000 for every 30 minutes.
Reimbursements
Your driver must ask for your advanced permission to reimburse the following costs (each requires an authentic receipt or valid photo):
- Tolls from pickup to final destination
- Parking at pickup or any destination
- TKBM at pickup or any destination
It is always the responsibility of the driver to pay their own tolls on the way to pickup location.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling is free up until 3 hours before pickup time. If you cancel after that, a last minute cancellation fee of 30% of the booking price applies.
