To submit a claim for damaged or missing goods under SPIL’s cargo insurance policy, download the form below and return it fully completed to support.id@deliveree.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the goods at destination.
Since the form requires signatures, please scan or take a good quality resolution photo for emailing purposes. We will request the original signed form from you at a later time.
For the Deliveree trucking pickup leg of your LCL door-to-port booking, you receive premium BP insurance pursuant to your BP agreement for goods that are two years old or less from AXA Indonesia. This protects you against loss or damage to your goods according to our policy linked below.
